“I picked us up a case of Allagash,” Tessa said. “Here’s to Saturday night.”

“Heck yes we’re watching last night’s episode of Community again,” Samantha said. 

As we drove down the highway, Blair reached to turn the radio up. “You remember this song was playing when we met, right?” 

It was my first sailing trip, but Caroline assured me that I had nothing to worry about. “I wasn’t captain of my college’s team for nothing,” she said taking my hand. “You’ve got an excellent teacher.”

Melanie took my hand as we made our way down the street. “C’mon,” she said. “The deli up here has the best milkshakes.”

Andrea deftly steered the canoe into the cove. “I think this is a perfect time to break out our picnic lunch,” she said. 

“You know what we haven’t made in a while?” Tessa asked. “An old fashioned apple pie. Let’s break out the cookbook and treat ourselves.”

“You know what this snow is perfect for?” Marcy asked. “A snowball fight!”
